Banana Bark
Ingredients
- 2 x Small Australian Bananas (approx 150g)
- 60g Peanut Butter
- 80g Dark Chocolate
- 5g Coconut Oil
Method
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Slice your bananas into thin pieces. Line bananas on baking paper, ensuring they’re slightly touching. Top with another piece of baking paper and flatten using the back of a glass. Top with peanut butter. Freeze for 20 minutes. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Pour over peanut butter and spread.
OPTIONAL - top with crushed nuts or flaky sea salt. Freeze until set (2 hours minimum), and break into pieces.
