Smoothie’s are great because they’re so quick and easy…and delicious! Experimenting with different fruits and veges is fun. Like this kale and kiwi classic!
- Handful of kale
- 1/2 banana
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all ingredients together with ice and top with the chia seeds.
