- 600mL water
- 150g palm sugar (roughly chopped)
- 6 bananas
- 1 can of Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract/essence
- 1 pinch of salt
Peel bananas and chop them into large pieces.
In a saucepan, bring the water and palm sugar to boil, stirring to ensure that the sugar dissolves completely.
When boiling, add the bananas, coconut milk, vanilla and salt.
Stir gently and bring back to boil.
Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Serve in ice or at room temperature.
