Everyone loves muffins. Especially when they’re this yummy, and this delicious.
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup LSA mix
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Hazelnut Spread
Preheat your oven to 180°C and place the muffin patty cases into a 12-hole deep muffin pan.
Sift your flour into a mixing bowl and add in the brown sugar, LSA mix, oats. Once everything is in your bowl, mix well.
In a separate bowl, add your mashed bananas, egg and oil.
Combine your banana mix with your flour mix and stir lightly (be careful not to over work your mixture)
Spoon your mixture into the patty cases and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, once done allow your muffins to cool.
Now that it’s cool, top with hazelnut spread and serve.
