Bacon wrapped bananas
Summer treats will never be the same again. Simple to prepare, and delicious.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 8 strips of bacon
- Apricot marmalade
Cut the bananas into halves.
Brush bacon with marmalade
Wrap the sliced banana pieces in marmalade bacon. Place a toothpick that has been dipped in water through the middle of the bacon and banana, ensuring they hold together whilst cooking.
Cook in frying pan or on the BBQ until golden brown.
