Banana Smiley Split

Here’s a sure way to put smiles on the faces of your little monkeys.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthways
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 4 chocolate buttons
  • 2 strawberries, green part removed
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce

Method

Place two banana halves onto a plate, one on the top and one on the bottom.

Add two scoops of ice cream, top ice cream with chocolate buttons, place strawberry in the centre and drizzle top banana with chocolate sauce.
