Banana Choc Tops
Give the kids a cooling afternoon snack. Make them in the morning, or the night before.
- 3 bananas
- 450ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- Chocolate sprinkles
Place bananas, coconut milk and lemon juice in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Pour into 8 paddle pop moulds, add sticks and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, remove from moulds and dip in melted chocolate. Dip in chocolate sprinkles and serve. You can refreeze them at this stage to serve later if you prefer.
