Banana Choc Nice Cream
Your taste-buds will never be the same again, thanks to this summer sensation
- 6 bananas, sliced
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp chopped pistachio nuts
Slice up your bananas and freeze overnight. If you’re a bit short for time or the kids are nagging you a little too much, you can freeze your bananas until they feel firm.
Once firm or frozen, place your bananas into a food processor and add in your honey and cocoa powder and blend to your heart’s content.
Blend until your bananas have turned into a creamy puree, you may have to scrape the sides of your bowl frequently to get to this consistency.
Scoop your Banana Nice Cream into dishes, sprinkle with nuts and serve straight away for a creamy, delicious ice cream or refreeze for later.
