Banana & Chia Pudding
Craving something that’s a little bit healthy, and a little bit naughty. You’ve come to the right place.
- • 250ml milk of choice
- • 4 tbsp chia seeds
- • 2 tsp natural honey
- • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- • ½ tsp vanilla extract
- • 2 medium bananas
- • Cacao nibs, to serve
Place the milk, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
Cover with plastic film and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight to chill. Before serving, place one of the bananas in a small bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
Add the mashed banana to the chia pudding and mix until well combined. Slice the remaining banana into thin slices.
To serve, spoon the chia pudding mixture into two small glasses or jars. Top with the sliced banana and cacao nibs.
