Baked Banana Chips

Here’s a tasty new twist on the humble potato chip. They’re healthy, yummy and irrisistible.

  • 2 Bananas, peeled and cut in half and then lengthways into ½ cm thick slices
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Non stick baking paper


Pre-heat that oven of yours to 95° C.

Place your banana slices into a bowl, add in lemon juice and toss gently.

Place your freshly cut banana slices onto a baking sheet and bake for around 1 ½ hours, turn the chips over and bake for the remaining 1 ½ hours until crisp and golden.

Now you’re done, it’s time to eat!
